A veteran in professional soccer, Joseph Machnik, founder of No.1 Soccer Camps, the nations leading soccer camp, has been commissioned by The Northeast Conference (NEC) as a Coordinator of Women's Soccer Officials. So when he's not on the field working with professional soccer players, he's on the field the entire summer working with young players, building them up to become professional soccer players.
Last year towards the late quarter, Joe Machnik approached SDG once again to rebuild their website. It has been 5 years since the first time SDG redesigned the site and rebranded the soccer camp. This time around, the site gets more simplified and best practices have been adopted to make the site more user friendly. In addition, they have partnered with Active Network, a leader in camp registrations and management. The website has the following functionality built into it: a blog, a newsletter signup, custom online forms, custom data applications and content management. Built on the backbone of SDG's WBMS, Converge, the new site will give staff and directors more control over the content, allowing for a more dynamic buildup of each camp site page.
"It is always a joy to work with Joe and Barbara, they are a perfect example of Americans who follow their passions and give it all they've got," says Cesar Abueg, owner of SDG Agency.
If you have a child who loves to play soccer, have them join Joe and Barbara each summer at one of their soccer camp locations, and they will teach your child in what it takes to be "number one", on the soccer field.
